I have purchased two vehicles from Salinas Honda in the last 3 years, and they have been two of the best used car buying experiences I have had. They offer no haggle, fair market value pricing with good value vehicles. Any problems I had were quickly corrected and all promises made were kept. Kind receptionist, sales personnel, sales management, and finance services. I interacted with Jonathan Zirbel, sales manager each time. He was able to show me the invoice for the work done to prepare the vehicles for sale, he explained the Certified Honda warranty information clearly, and he even took time to walk me around and showed me used vehicles available for consideration when other sales personnel were busy helping other customers. Jonathan also helped me to procure a competitive rate for my used car loan. He is out and available on the sales floor and doesn't hide behind a computer screen in a secret back room. He is open, up front, informational, and honest about the vehicles offered for sale and their pricing. I experienced no pressure from any employee in the purchasing process, only supportive help and kindness.
